THT manufacturing

Conventional and manual assembly of components is carried out at state-of-the-art ESD-protected workstations. The service includes component preparation from siking, bending and cutting to manual reassembly of the assemblies with heat sinks, spacers, front plates, etc. 

We can offer soldering of THT components either with a conventional wave soldering system or with a brand new selective soldering system with two soldering pots. Both systems are from Kurtz ersa, a leading manufacturer of THT soldering systems.
